Aching feet and empty purses

What a day - the agility training was an eye opener, Belle was quite well behaved and seemed to enjoy doing the obstacles, considering it was the first time she had seen some of the obstacles she did well. So that was the start of the running around and the new shoes I got a couple fo days ago somehow didn't feel as comfy!

The old laptop has been playing up and as this has the software for running the ribbon printer on I needed to get a new one so the afternoon instead of a possible craft shop resulted in pooter shopping, off we went to Teeside Park (lots of shops). I know that you don't buy a computer for its looks but why are laptops so ugly, I wanted something to be just a little different, spotted a limited edition HP in PCworld but it was out of stock and not sure an extra £200 made it worth it! Loved the look of the Apple Mac but I guess I am a windows girl at heart. Narrowed it down to a couple in Comet and ended up with a lovely metallic pink computer with a much improved spec.

We ended up walking miles and I volunteered to walk to Pets at Home and meet Missy and Stu at Comet as it is way too much hassle to move cars from one car park to another but to cross the busy roads safely I ended up having to double back to get to a zebra crossing - by the time we got home my poor feet were feeling a little sorry for themselves.

I had promised Missy a new DS game, DVD and a new book or two for the school holidays so we also ended up in every shop that sells these so M could decide what to choose, one of these shops was ASDA home so also ended up with M getting new clothes as well so my purse is now considerably lighter than it was this morning !
